Machine Repairs and Warehouse Specialist BILINGUAL (ENG/SPANISH) Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical janitorial equipment (EX. Blowers, vacuums, floor machines, carpet extractors, scrubbers, etc.) • Responsible for scheduling all equipment service calls for multi-site locations • Maintain records of all service activities and business reporting documentation through the use of Excel repair order logs • Train employees on proper use and maintenance of assigned equipment • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance for multi-site locations and machinery • Willing to learn and train with machine technician out in the field • Able to pick and pack supplies for deliveries • Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database • Assist with receiving in supplies Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Bilingual (English/Spanish) • Maintain a clean and organized work area • People person with ability to work well with all personality types • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills • Ability to provide a high level of output - fast and accurate • Ability to work independently, self-starter, positive attitude, and PROACTIVE • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Physical Requirements: • Must be able to lift 60 pounds, with most items weighing between 2 and 20 pounds. Occasionally may be required to lift items weighing up to 90 pounds. Assistance should be provided for items weighing over 60 pounds • Position requires bending, stooping, kneeling, or squatting daily.
