Full and part time positions are available Our family-owned business is growing and we are looking for some motivated individuals that would like to learn the carpet cleaning trade. You will be learning how to professionally clean carpet, upholstery, area rugs, hardwood floors, and tile & grout. This position offers a fast-paced work environment, and the day often flies by compared to other jobs. Each job offers instant gratification as we transform our client's homes. You will also interact with a wide cross section of homeowners and business owners in the area.  The starting pay for this position is $14.00 per hour. Bonuses are given for any days your team exceeds certain goals. We also give end of year bonuses. After one year of employment, you will be offered healthcare benefits as well as paid vacation time. We have implemented a set of goals for you to master that will increase your pay rate as you become a more valuable employee for us. This includes paying for you to attend classes to achieve certain certifications in our industry. Another huge benefit working for our business is that we understand that work is not everything. We are very flexible when you need days off and encourage you to enjoy yourself outside of work. If you stick with us for at least two years you will gain the experience and knowledge that will make you an instant asset to any carpet cleaning company around the world. We are looking for two full time employees and one part time employee with no prior experience necessary. Some qualities we are looking for include: 1• Working Well With Others-You will be part of a two-person crew so your ability to work well with your crew leader and have fun while completing your daily schedule together is extremely important to us. 2• Exceptional Personality-Not only should you get along well with your crew leaders, it’s also very important that you are capable of having pleasant conversations with clients while not overstepping boundaries. If you consider yourself to be outgoing, interesting, that skill is very valuable in this line of work. 3• Maintaining a Professional Demeanor-We are a service company that is invited into our client's homes. You are expected to treat our clients and their property with the utmost respect.  4• Following The Current Covid-19 Safety Standards-You will be required to wear a mask while in occupied homes or businesses at all times with no exceptions. We will provide all of the Personal Protection Equipment needed to keep you, our other staff, and our clients safe. We would also prefer employees who are following Covid-19 safety procedures in their personal lives. 5• Quick Learner, Good Memory, and Common Sense-It’s a great asset to our business if you consider yourself to have a good memory for the many things you will be learning quickly while employing common sense that pertains to the safe respectful duties regarding our client's homes, our equipment, and all procedures. 6• Transportation to Our Shop-You will ride along in our work vans to all jobs, but we need you to have dependable transportation to and from our shop each day. Street parking is free and available at our shop.  7• Flexible Availability- While 95% of the work will be done during the hours of 8:30am-5pm M-F we will need to do occasional jobs on evenings and weekends. We will always ask first to see if you are available but having the ability to be flexible is a huge bonus. 8• Enjoy Physical Work- Each day provides a good workout for your body, You will be using muscles you didn’t know you had. You should be able to lift 50 pounds multiple times per day and not be afraid to sweat. 9• Agree To a Background Check-All applicants will need to pass a criminal background check before employment.
