Maintenance Technician/Day Porter

We are search of a detail oriented, energetic team player for our company to perform day porter/maintenance tech responsibilities at 4 properties of ours. A day porters responsibilities include: emptying and relining trash cans, blowing off sidewalks with a gas powered blower, sweeping out vacants, clearing parking lot/landscape of all debris, reporting any maintenance issues. Pay is $12.00 per hour to start, with paid training. Gas stipen included. Properties are located in: Westmont, Countryside, Chicago and Bedford Park. Must have reliable transportation and be dependable to show up to work for your regularly scheduled shift. Hours are Monday through Friday 5:00am - 11:00am Please send resume for immediate consideration
