Commercial Fishing Boat Captain seeking Mate/Deckhand

Commercial Reef Fish boat Capitan  looking for a highly motivated deckhand/mate preferably with long time experience on the water, that has a passion for fishing, takes pride in his work & doesn't get home sick. (Experience on charter or party boats will give you an edge)  You need to be able to follow orders well, be quick on your toes, and be a fast learner. You need basic understanding of Marlinspike Seamanship, Marine navigation & electronics for day & night, be efficient @ tying rigs of different types and be a good multitasker with a flexible attitude. We will be offshore for 10-14 days straight @ a time, the hours are long, & gruelling and we get very early starts offshore each day. (4 AM) Were on the move before sunrise so you need to be able to wake up early every morning on your own regardless of how many hrs you slept the night before. 12-16 hrs days are to be expected for the duration of each trip. If you want to climb the ladder in this industry then you should show interest & give it your all. If your just looking for part time work till something better comes along. We are not that boat, look elsewhere. I will be investing my time & money into you, therefore I need someone that plans to be my right hand man stay the duration, be loyal & earn his stripes with me. I prefer positive minded, religious or even spiritually minded individuals to work by my side. I expect a mature & responsible mate with a good attitude that has my back under all circumstances & can dig & grind from day 1 to trips end. (Take Note) These are the following things I will not tolerate on my boat: Never challenge me. The Capitan is always right no matter what. So if you have a problem with authority, an anger management issue, a short fuse & like to talk smack you won't make it with me because you don't understand or respect the chain of command. I earned my position, it wasn't handed to me & I put in work for it. Disrespect to the Capitan or fellow crew members will not be tolerated & you will be fired on the spot if an argument erupts on my boat for any reason what so ever. If your a person that gives up easily on things because the task seems overwhelming then you probably wont make it past the 1st trip. This is a clean boat, so if you have a drug problem, or a drinking problem don't bother cause I don't need you ! We are a federally registered vessel, state laws do not apply. If you can't pass a background check or can't give me a good explanation as to why you was arrested in the past, then look elsewhere for employment. People make mistakes, but if you had a run in with the man & I discover it before you tell me about it, that means your trying to hide it from me. I don't want sneaky people on my team. ! You need to understand what your getting yourself into & that what we do out there is serious business, this ain't a game & is not safe by any means. People loose their lives in the commercial fishing industry every year. This job ain't for everyone so keep that in mind while your still reading this. We will be a long ways away from home for a long time. We depend on each other out there for survival & need to function as a team @ all times. The work we do is very strenuous and very demanding and the work only gets harder as we get closer to the end of the trip & we start to burn-out.. This is a marathon not a sprint so you should be in shape, be fit & fast on your feet. Coordination & good balance are a must if your to navigate the deck safely in 8'-10' Sea & not be fazed. This job is more mental then physical & is a very high stress environment to work in sunrise to sunset, you need to be able to adapt quickly & still focus under pressure @ all times regardless of what's happening on the boat @ any given time. You may have worked on alot of other boats in the past, but you haven't worked on mine or with me so prepare yourself to be in the Twilight Zone.  If you think you meet all the requirements in this listing & understand them completely, then I wanna hear from you.
