We are looking for experienced painters with drywall experience to do apartment turn painting in the Hillsborough and Pinellas counties... ****Painting experience required. "Apartment turn painting" experience a plus, but not necessary. Drywall repair experience preferred... Textured ceiling guys needed...popcorn, knock down, etc. MUST DO CLEAN WORK!! This is your first test on your ability to follow directions!***** For those not familiar with "turn" painting: The difference with "turn" painting is you will be working at multi-family apartment communities doing the paint in between old tenants moving out and new ones moving in. You get in and out quick by doing touch up's on the walls and trim areas. Sometimes you will do full paint, but the work is not as time consuming as residential type painting. It needs to be done correctly, and look good, but the system is set up to where you can knock out an entire apartment in 1 to 4 hours depending on the size of the unit and how much needs to be done. Painters in this business usually make between $75 to $400 per day...all depends on how many units you have that day and whatever additional work may come up. We are looking for part time and full time. This will be contract labor, 1099 work. Our current painters are working 30 to 40 hours a week making $800 to $2000 per week. ******2 person teams or painters with a helper(s) welcome and needed!!**** You must have reliable transportation.
