***ATTENTION*** This is Rocco. I rescued him previously in 2019. He is now 4 years old, neutered, up to date on all shots, and receiving heart worm and flea meds every few months on schedule. I rehabilitated Rocco for 6 months until he was ready for his forever home. Rocco THRIVED with his new family.... Unfortunately, his owners had been physically hurting eachother and they split up. Rocco wasn't welcome in the parents home of the girlfriend, who ended up taking him. I said when they adopted him, if anything happened, please let me know... Rocco will NOT end up in a shelter. For the time being, he is with me. With my new renting situation and having 2 pitbulls as is, I am not allowed to keep Rocco permanently. I had to make sure he was safe, so I went and got him. This boy is loving, sweet, obedient, cuddly, loyal, protective, and the list goes on. Rocco is also high anxiety. I previously purchased a tactical kennel to keep him in while I was out. With patience, and his kennel, I know he can be the best addition to a willing and loving home. Rocco can exist with another dog with an experienced owner, but I feel that he is best alone. He's a big boy and would knock small children over when he is excited. Rocco has had a rough start and deserves a real chance to be loved.
