220 space, Senior Manufactured Home Community located in Barstow is in search of a maintenance/renovation professional to work 7am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday on-site. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: general community maintenance, electric, plumbing repair, drywall, carpentry, etc.
Candidates must have valid Driver’s License and must commute to work, there is no housing available.
Must be able to pay attention to detail and follow direction from supervisors.
Must have a clean appearance and a positive attitude.
Must complete all tasks in a timely manner and stay focused.
Must be reliable and on time and take pride in work.
Must keep accurate records of jobs performed.
Must be honest and have good work ethics, be mature and take responsibility.
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
