Looking for a job with flexibility and love our beautiful Southern California weather? Our company is currently seeking a Swimming Pool Service Tech for residential pools. The current route we are looking to fill is about 35 pools over 4 days with immediate room for growth based on performance. Job Duties Include: • Responsible for maintaining pools and spas, which includes vacuuming, skimming and brushing walls, emptying all skimmer/strainer baskets as well as occasional Filter Cleaning. Filter Cleans are a bonus on top of your pay. • Check surrounding pool area and report issues • Understanding of basic water chemistry, backwashing and algae treatments. (Training can and will be provided.) • Willingness to be a team player, follow directions and go above and beyond for our clients. • Responding quickly to and communicating clearly to your direct supervisor • To maintain a clean and safe work environment. Requirements: - Must have Clean driving record - Must have a reliable truck & auto insurance, we will give a small stipend for gas. - Must be willing to grow to around 45-50 pools - Must be organized and reliable - Must have good customer service and communication skills - Must be able to lift up to 50+lbs - Must be able to deal with both hot and cold weather. Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Salary is a paid per pool type of position, so the more you can or want to do the more you can make. Schedule: We generally work Monday thru Friday, but sometimes a Saturday is needed. Start times can be flexible. Work Location: • Multiple locations in Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Ontario, Pomona, Chino, Jurupa Valley. We try to keep the routes tight. We will provide all chemicals necessary as well as the "tools" needed for your day to day duties. Being mechanically inclined is helpful as there are alot of different pool systems out there and you'd need to be able to problem solve as well.
