On Sunday late afternoon, my daughter witnessed animal abuse in the parking lot where she works (the Sav Way Shopping Strip on Dixon Springs Hwy). A skinny Caucasian male opened his vehicle door and a dog ran out. The dog looked like a Border Collie/Pit Bull as it was colored like a black and white BC but had shorter hair and a body like a pit. Seemed young and hyper. The man caught the dog and threw it in the back of his vehicle next to a baby in a baby seat. He was half in/half out of his vehicle, beating the dog as he reached over the driver seat and into the back. He was so concentrated on the intense beating that his low riding shorts fell to his ankles, exposing his bare behind. He was parked directly in front of the Dollar General. Only his nudity caused him to stop the beating. He popped back out and pulled up his shorts while he spun around to see who was looking. He made eye contact with my daughter and she felt scared. She did not take down vehicle information.
