Need to prep a condo for sale, located in Lakeside.
Need someone with basic handyman experience and good work ethic to work along with me. I can train in skills that you might not have. Must have own tools. Will be doing wall painting/ceiling spraying, regrouting floor tile, maybe laying new tile, light carpentry, installing new sinks/faucets, cleanup backyard. Not sure at this time full scope of work. Retirees accepted, probably 2 week job, cash.
Work to start April 1. I live in Florida and will be flying out.
If you only do painting that's ok, not necessary to be skilled in everything.
