ABOUT THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Do you love spreading child’s joy to people all over the world in the form of sunglasses?! Do you like connecting with humans? Then, this is the job for you! We’re looking for people interested in a seasonal position in our distribution center. Full time most weeks: 8 hours a day, with a paid, 30-minute lunch break. Full time is not guaranteed. You may be asked to work on the weekend. WORK ON THE TEAM:   Ensure fulfillment of all inventory to all consumers and retail store in a fast paced distribution center. Have a great relationship with FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS and outside vendors (not as easy as it may sound…) Assist the Warehouse Manager in all implementation of the day-to-day operations for the packing, warehouse and distribution functions in an efficient manner. INCLUDING lifting and moving of product boxes and pallets,maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, processing returns. Be comfortable driving an order picker machine. Forklift Certification a plus but not required.  Always be thinking about ways to improve the fulfillment process ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE  May or may not have a degree...we don’t care (bonus points for Basset Hound Science or Dinosaur Law) Loves everything above  Ask a lot of questions   Has proficiency on a PC, Mac, and G Suite. ERP, Shipstation experience a bonus Detail oriented and a love for organization Mad Bonus if you’ve ever used a WMS system. Is Proactive Seriously.
