We are seeking FULL and PART TIME applicants for outside Maintenance Work. Individuals applying for this position must have references, must have a clean and professional appearance, must be able to work during the week as well as weekends, must have a clean and current driver's license, and a flexible schedule. Pay rate $14-$16 per hour Circulate through assigned work zone with a cart containing supplies and tools to carry out the following outdoor duties: • Removing litter, cigarette butts, and other debris on the sidewalks, street gutter, and alleys • Remove graffiti and posters from light posts, trash cans, news boxes and other infrastructure • While patrolling, be watchful for undesirable behavior and/or criminal activity; and report to Law Enforcement. Must be able to articulate an accurate description of persons, vehicles, and other similar identifiers • While on patrol, be willing to go out of the way to actively acknowledge pedestrians with a friendly greeting or identify visitors, in order to provide directions, information, city information or recommendations. • Must be able to provide written reports of broken infrastructure, graffiti on private property, and provide a basic daily report of accomplishments and tasks completed • Must maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures and overall company standards of expected professionalism • Must have the physical capacity to walk continuously during an eight hour shift, with normal breaks • Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions with provided inclement weather gear • Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language, in order to create basic reports • Must have driver's license and clean driving record.
