Minimum of 5 years commercial TI experience required. Job also requires the following: ABS and Cast Iron and DWV Waste Piping Setting Finish Must have your own tools and truck with a Valid Driver's License Reading Basic Plans Willing to do off hour work if necessary. Lift at least 50lbs without restrictions. Willing to take drug test if asked. Salary is based on experience. Job Type: Full-time Commercial construction organization that specializes in commercial tenant improvement and construction projects seeking an energetic, competent and experienced Journeyman Plumber. An individual who can manage their work and the quality of their work, and oversee subcontractors do the same, while maintaining the cleanliness of the project. MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK AND TOOLS AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. Qualifications: • Strong and thorough understanding of the COMMERICAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. • 5 years experience or more in commercial plumbing construction industry. • Ability to work well with coworkers, subcontractor’s personnel and clients. • A strong work ethic, work independently and make decisions. • Clean driving record and Valid CD License • Must possess own tools and the use of them to perform all trades as required. • Computer and arithmetic skills are a huge factor.
