High end custom home Painting Forman, Very experienced Spray person, Painters and new preparation helpers needed. $14-$25.00 an hour depending on experience and responsibility in high end custom home painting. All new hires must be honest with what experience level they have. We will know by your performance and would like to start the relationship correctly from the begining. All employees must have proper information to be paid by check company. Individual transportation is a must. We are a service based company so we go to the customer they do not come to us. Most jobs are on or around Newport Beach (mainly), Laguna Beach, villa park, Tustin hills, Orange hills, Santa Ana hills, Anaheim hills and only working in Orange County areas, so please live in this area so the drive is minimal to work.. Large jobs on the ocean coast. Must be well kept - proper looking daily. A nice and friendly environment every day, always courteous to everyone especially fellow employees respecting everyone with less or more experience, speak english and Spanish is a plus but not necessary. We prefer experienced applicants. We will train all new hire employees to our methods of painting so be willing to change or add to what you already know. We need a easy learner that is willing to listen happily and take our guidance seriously. We are very detail orientated with all our work. We work in a very expensive home setting that expect the best at all times. All employees must arrive 15 minuets early everyday to the job site, all stretched out ready to work start time is 7:00.. We work 8 hour days five days a week. We will be investing in our new employees and need a serious work ethic. We keep our employees busy with a 30 plus year business working on mainly custom super high end painting. All permanent hire employees will need to take a physical exam from our doctor at our expense and our facility. You will need to sign exam papers that you are in proper physical condition to do the manual labor that exists in the painting trade.
