Have you ever noticed that the vast majority of conservatives/republicans view the word in a very black an white way? This is especially true for Trump supporters. These people put every other person into one of two categories. Conservative or liberal. If you do not agree with their political views, you are the enemy. There is no grey area. No middle ground. These people think every person in America is either with Trump or they must be with Bernie Sanders. These conservatives are unable to comprehend anything other than their own point of view. The fact is, 99% of Americans are NOT extremists. Every person leans one way or the other, but most of us are at neither extreme. Most people can see some merit on both sides of the aisle. I don't mean this as an insult, but people really must have a limited intellect to be a Trump loyalist. The brain of a person who supports Trump can only see vanilla or chocolate. To them, other flavors are too challenging to comprehend. In this way, Trump is pandering to the simpletons of the nation. These people are easily influenced. This is why Trump supporters tend to be the least educated and at the lowest income levels. Once again, this is not a dig, just an observation. Just my own opinion. Being a Trump supporter requires zero intellect. You just join the flock and do, say and believe whatever Trump tells you to do or believe. This is why people call Trumps supporters a “cult”. If Trump ever tells them to “drink the punch”, they will without giving it a second thought. Thes people will follow Trump to the darkest corners of the world simply because they are unable to think freely and develop their own thoughts and ideas. It is all really fascinating to me. For a person who has devoted much of his life to human psychology, Trump supporters are quite the specimen. I never fully understood cults until Trump became president. Thank you to Trump supporters for entertaining me and furthering my education. Cheers...
