He just announced that he thought the insurrection was “peaceful”. Trump just claimed that- “the assault on the capitol was a zero threat. Look they went in and they shouldn’t have done it. Some of them went in and they’re hugging and kissing the police. You know, they had great relationships. A lot of people were waved in, and they walked in and they walked out”. I don't care who you re so if you support Trump or not. Every person has seen countless hours of the footage of what occurred on that day. Not one bit of what Trump said in that statement occurred. Not one bit. I don’t think Trump realizes that he is making this stuff up. He is delusional. He believes what hi one imagination sees. People who are delusional believe what it’s convenient for them to believe rather than reality. This is perhaps the clearest evidence yet of Trumps psychosis and delusions. There is no arguing what occurred on Jan 6th at the capitol. There was zero hugging and kissing going on. The building was vandalized. People died. Our democracy was threatened. Cops were beaten with sticks. If you can’t see Trumps delusional state by now, you may be just s delusional as he is. It was not “peaceful”. There was no “hugging and kissing”. There were no cops “waving people in” Very few is any people simply “walked in and walked out”. There is not a single truth to Trumps statement. Every one of us can verify this one for ourselves.
