Does anyone know or have a referral for a senior physical therapist / workout person who would do house Calls one time a week? It’s for my dad who is older and just retired before covid, got sick (not with covid ) and was in the hospital for two weeks In which he had no visitors and no one helped him to walk because they didn’t want to come in contact with patients if they didn’t need too. Now he had weaker muscles and needs to build strength up Again for mobility. He uses a walker sometimes but needs some strength or walking workouts. I think he just needs practice walking, my family try to get him to do little workouts but I just though someone professional could help more. He doesn’t really go out if that concerns you and I think as long as everyone wears a mask it would be fine although he gets grumpy and would probably take his off if he gets tired, to be honest. We have a front yard that he could practice walking in. Thank you for any advice !
