JOB TITLE: Landscape/Maintenance Crew & Lead Personnel LOCATION: Olathe, KS PAY-RATE: $13 - $20 [based on experience] Immediate Employment, Full time JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for assisting in site-level tasks on BECKS client sites. Lead and Crew members will work with the assigned team to ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by BECKS Lawn and Landscape. We are looking for Crew and Lead personnel that will work in varying service lines including basic lawn and landscape maintenance, mowing, lawn seeding, landscape installation, hardscape, drainage, fencing and supportive services like irrigation, lighting and seasonal color. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Prefer one year minimum experience but will train the right person • Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met • Ability to think and problem solve when necessary • Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies • Proactively assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed • Must be able to work every day 5 days per week, with flexibility on weekends • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have a valid Driver’s License with a fairly clean driving record COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: • Fair and equitable treatment for all employees. • We offer medical and dental plans • Paid holidays and vacation • Overtime pay • Winter time pay premium for snow removal COME JOIN OUR FUN AND HARD-WORKING TEAM!
