We Need work done on our rental properties. All types of minor tasks. carpentry, plumbing, clean up, interior and exterior. ON CALL means we do not have a regular schedule of work. We can have work for several hours a day for several weeks to no work for a week or two. This could be great fill work for a self employed handyman, or for a qualified retired person. We are Located in South Overland Park. We pay $18.00 plus an hour to a qualified person, or bid the work. Truck and tools needed.
