We are looking for multiple positions in our Maintenance department. Pay for all positions will depend on experience and qualifications. Grounds Maintenance - mowing greens - mowing fairways - mowing roughs - raking bunkers - cleaning up debris and trash - other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent - work is almost entirely outdoor, employees must be able bodied and able to work in all elements - potential for a good employee to earn full-time status if they prove their value Mechanic (full-time position) - handle maintenance of all golf course equipment - must have knowledge and experience with engines and electronics - experience with golf course machinery a plus (reel mowers, etc.) Assistant Superintendent (full-time position) - assist the Superintendent with the maintenance and agronomy plan for the golf course - must have or possess the ability to become a licensed spray technician - knowledge of specific golf course practices a plus (aerification, verticutting, etc.) - desire for a permanent career in the golf industry a plus
