Five Star Bath Solutions is growing in the Atlanta market! We are currently looking for a technician responsible for new bath and shower installations. A typical project consists of installing a new bath or shower pan, installing a new faucet, and installing a new acrylic wall-system. On-site training will be provided. What are we looking for? 5+ years experience in home improvement / home services. Carpentry skills are required, as well as some familiarity with bath/shower faucet installation. Reliable transportation, truck preferred. Must have a keen eye for craftsmanship Valid drivers license with clean record. A proven track record of superior workmanship and customer service. Great communication skills, bilingual a plus. Scheduled availability to work when homeowners are available and in their homes (between the hours of 7 a.m. -- 7 p.m.) A "whatever it takes" attitude. Self-motivation and results orientation. Time and work process management skills with the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for: Completing installations. Maintaining company equipment Obtaining referrals from clients Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. Five Star will provide training on specialty wall surround products. Competitive pay based on experience. Bonus on all properly installed jobs and customer satisfaction. Training will take 30 days.
