First task, deck needs tore down and new one built. Second task, basement cleaned out everything is going to be wet and needs put in garbage. And basement power-washed. Third task, sizable area to be tilled for garden.
If all tasks are completed right and in timely manner there maybe more work. Pay is after each task to be negotiated.
