Join our vacation rental housekeeping team at the Brush Mountain Lodge in Spring Mills and our new location on Mount Nittany in Centre Hall. We are looking for hardworking, motivated individuals with great attention to detail to help us maintain the highest degree of cleanliness, order and sanitation for our guests. Work hours are relatively flexible and typically performed during the day. Shifts last 4-6 hours on average. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, deep cleaning, organization and groundskeeping. Ensure all areas of the lodge are inspected and cared for. Notify management of damages and inventory deficits. Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and follow all company-related practices. Requirements: Work safely and efficiently with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance. Be respectful and friendly. Have strong prioritization and time management skills. Be able to lift 40 lbs, be comfortable using a step ladder and remain active for the duration of a shift.
