JSJ Property Management, INC is a third party property management company managing properties in Champaign/Urbana and surrounding communities. We are looking to add an exceptional individual to our outstanding property management team. We are currently adding a maintenance technician to our growing maintenance department. We strive to be the best & want a like minded individual to grow with us in our maintenance department Requirements: 2+ years in relevant general work experience including but not limited to Plumbing, Electrical, and General Maintenance. Certifications such as HVAC a plus but not required Excellent verbal communication skills Superior attention to detail, high energy and positive attitude Ability to work independently and also to work closely with other team members Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle. Availability to be on call and assist in after-hours emergency situations Availability to work longer hours and weekends during turnover and when necessary Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, not limited to: ability to walk properties, ability to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders JSJ Property Management, INC 212 W Springfield Ave. Champaign, IL Equal Opportunity Employer
