Professional repairmen only apply. 2 panels need the pole placed (concrete not needed), attach panels, and affix missing pickets - removed to access backyard 1 panel needs to affixing - was removed to access the backyard. 3 panels need straightening as there are items on the adjoining side leaning against the fence causing it to lean.
