Looking for Mobile Mechanic

Hello looking for Mobile mechanic that can work on an RV. It is a 1997 and has a Ford 460 Engine that you can get to from the inside of the coach. The Issue with it is that it will only start with starting fluid. Had tank dropped and had a Brand New Fuel pump installed a month ago. Didnt get a chance to test it out when the mechanic put the pump in the tank. I checked fuses and relays so not sure what's going on with it. PS Not looking for someone who wants to come out and just collect a diagnostic fee, if you dont think you have the skills to fix it please dont waste my time.
