This position would be based in Fort Myers and offers full benefits after completion of the introductory period. The ideal candidate will have the following necessary qualities: Work in the yard area to load and unload supplies from trucks and verify all items are placed in the proper places for proper inventory tracking. The candidate who I really want to meet will also: Understands the ins and outs of working in a service role and the importance of timing when customers are in need; and consistently show a positive attitude and be a genuine team player. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Attend to all safety protocols.* • Load and unload supplies to and from delivery trucks upon arrival and as assigned.* • Follow all safety policies and procedures, to include utilizing proper safety gear when needed.* • Communicate respectfully and professionally with co-workers, visitors, and any other individual who comes to the workplace.* • Maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees in all business units within the organization.* • Attend all assigned meetings.* • Follow all company policies and procedures.* • Other duties as assigned. Education/Experience/License: No education criteria exists for this role. Ability to operate Forklift safely and perform to OSHA noted standards Florida Driver’s License Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk, stoop, use hands; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is periodically required to kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is put in situations that require pushing and pulling items with weight in excess of 100lbs regularly. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 175 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
