I have a friend who really wants a small breed puppy so I'm trying to help her find one. She is looking for one that will stay small around yorkie or mini dachshund size, mixes are okay. She wants it to have a sweet and social personality, it will be a emotional support dog for her kid.she is looking to spend no more then 300 possibly 400.
