Next Level Church is currently looking for a contracted worship leader and volunteer musicians for its Riverview location: At Next Level Church, we come from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds—many of us never worked for a church until we found our calling here. But we all believe we’re called to lead in a church that is loving, relevant, and life-giving, and we believe we’re infinitely better togeth- er than we are apart. Are you ready to be part of the incredible things God’s doing here? NLC is one church in multiple locations that leads the way in sharing the gospel message through worship. We are looking for catalytic leaders with a passion for worship who can build teams and identify high-capacity leaders to build even more teams. The Worship Coordinator guides worship teams and leaders at a specified location. The Worship Coordinator is responsible for protecting the vision, culture, and overall identity of NLC, its team members and its alignment with the vision of NLC. YOU ARE: •A leader of leaders, who can develop people and build strong, healthy teams •Someone who embodies authenticity and integrity and supports the vision of NLC wholeheartedly • Someone who starts with a “YES” mindset • Detail-oriented • A people-gatherer who loves to both work hard and have fun • An individual who can motivate others to action and be a great vision- caster YOU WILL: • Create and communicate schedules and rotation of location worship team • Train, lead, and empower location team members • Actively recruit new team members • Communicate experience breakdown and tech sheet • Cast vision and uphold the NLC standard at location • Lead worship on the weekend www.nextlevel.church About Next Level Church Next Level Church held its first experience on March 23, 2008, in Dover, NH.
