Seeking handyman for quick build

Needing a two-tier wooden stand built. Nothing fancy, but structure needs to be able to support about 100 lbs per shelf, be easy to move (not too heavy), not tip easily, and can withstand rain without issue. Partially wooden sides, open front and back. Approximate dimensions: 3 feet long x 2 feet deep x 7.5 feet high. Send an email with timeframe and quote including labor and materials. Hoping you can build at your place and deliver. Will pay for delivery to Central Maui.
