Jacksonville based building supply company is looking for an experienced delivery driver. CDL is NOT required as it is driving a pickup and 18 foot trailer. A valid drivers license is a must as well as the ability to be insured (clean driving record). Must be able to tow and back an 18 foot trailer and must be physically capable of heavy lifting and bending. This job consists of hand loading materials onto and off of the trailer. Also must be able to drive a forklift and to use it to load and stack pallets of materials. Deliveries will be all over the metro Jacksonville area. Some knowledge of Jacksonville and local areas helpful. Also some construction knowledge would be helpful but not a necessity. Hours are Monday thru Thursday, 7:30 - 5:00 and Friday, 7:30 - 3:00 but overtime might be required at times. We are looking for people who are hard working, reliable, honest and motivated. Hourly rate depends on experience. Health insurance, paid vacation and 401k as well as other benefits available after 90 days. Pre-employment drug screen will be required.
