Maintenance technician needed for 51 unit, senior apartment community in Suffolk. Property is newly opened and is looking for someone who can complete general repairs and take care of custodial duties keeping the common area clean. Duties include but not limited to: basic electrical, appliance, plumbing and HVAC repair, painting and cleaning turn-over units and basic drywall repairs. Also requires vacuuming, trash pick-up, sweeping, keeping common areas clean. Position is part-time right now- may increase to full time over time. Candidate must also be available for after-hour emergencies. Must have your own basic tools, reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
