An established contracting firm is in search of SKILLED and EXPERIENCED PAINTERS and HELPERS with the following qualities and qualifications: · 5+ years of consecutive experience IN PAINTING · 30 Hour OSHA Certification · Familiarity with construction materials and tools. · Eligible to legally work in the US · Fluent in English -- speaking, reading, and writing · Clean-cut appearance · Ability to lead, work with others and communicate well with clients · Organized, punctual, and reliable. These qualities and qualifications would be a PLUS: a) Familiarity with any other trades involved in residential/commercial renovation/remodeling projects b) Valid driver's license and familiar with driving vans around NYC c) Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and/or sketches COMPENSATION IS DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE A background check will be performed.
