Property Management company seeking experienced Handyman / Maintenance / Porter for luxury residential apartment buildings in Mineola, NY All full time positions for new buildings Requirements: • Previous maintenance/ cleaning experience. • Must speak fluent English, have good communication skills and be punctual. • Skills should include, but not limited to: cleaning, repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, garbage compactor handling, wall repair, painting, windows and other duties as assigned. • Must understand the importance of deadlines and prefers to be busy. • Works well independently and reliable to be left alone with task list.
