We specialize in providing administrative, legal, finance, creative services, information technology, medical health & human services and facilities management to corporations, non-profit organizations and government agencies.
We are currently seeking a seasoned Handyman / Porter for our luxury residential clients within: Manhattan, Brooklyn & Queens.
The assignments are long-term / short-term / ad-hoc temporary assignments Schedule Can Vary Depending On Availability
Pay Rate: $35,360 -$38,480
Requirements:
1. Minimum Of 1- 3 years’ Experience
2. Willingness To Work Hard With A Can Do Attitude
3. Good Time Management
4. Residential Experience Preferred
5. Capability To Troubleshoot In These Areas:
· Plumbing
· Electrical Issues
· Dishwashers/ Garbage Disposal
· Over The Range Microwave
· Smart Thermostat
· Work Orders
· Attention To Detail When Turning Vacant Apartments To Be Rented
