Description

The Warehouse Associate and Driver position ensure the warehouse operates smoothly with day-to-day operations. Essential Functions: • Supports the operation of the warehouse • Takes inventory of stock levels • Supports operations including receiving, marking, storing, and issuing of materials supplies and equipment • Supports stocking of supplies and maintains organization of stock and space utilization • Supports the preparation of materials for shipment • Supports equipment and tool tracking • Drives the company pick-up truck and rack body truck as needed for daily deliveries to job sites in coordination with the Warehouse Manager • Supports the coordination of tool repairs • Supports receiving of all incoming materials for Easton office and job sites • Orders and maintains supplies for Easton office kitchen and bathrooms • Supports the returns of any unused or defective materials with supply houses • Loads and unloads materials among RELCO vehicles daily Additional Positions Responsibilities: • Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on business needs to ensure smooth warehouse operations Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience: • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklift • Organization skills • Manage and support various projects at once under the direction of the Pre-Fab and Warehouse Managers • OSHA 10 certification • Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the company in a helpful, courteous, timely manner • Strong communication skills in English; including listening, speaking, writing • Ability to maintain a positive, solutions focused attitude • Ability to deliver consistent excellent customer service to internal/external customers, colleagues, and management • Experience in material control • High school diploma or GED required • Valid driver’s license issued by the state of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or New Hampshire • First Aid/CPR Certified
