Progressive Pipeline Management (PPM): We have been a Mechanical/Industrial Contractor for over 15 years. Working with utility companies in various major cities, we use preparatory machinery to provide trenchless technology; rehabbing natural gas mains. Because our technology is for trenchless gas main lining/restoration we are not involved with the excavation process, this allows our crews to focus on preparation and utilization of our equipment. Currently we are hiring for Labor, CDL A drivers, CCTV operators. Each candidate will train, and become part of a close-knit crew of skilled veterans offering guidance towards growth in the company. This is also a great opportunity for travel to see all the old cities around the east coast (Boston, Providence, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago) Applicants should be able to meet the following criteria- • Valid U.S. Driver’s License (CDL no necessary but, strongly considered with salary adjustment) - should be capable of driving straight box trucks (ranging from 13 to 25 ft) - capable of pulling small to large equipment trailers helpful - minimal accidents and tickets for the past 3 years - Follow DOT Regulations • Agree to DOT Physical, Drug Screening, and Background Review • Able to travel for periods of more than 1 week (when demand needed) • Work outdoors on job sites • Available to work weekends and long hours (when necessary) typical Mon – Fri workweek • Good Mechanical and Electrical aptitude helpful • “Hands-On” • Capable of working in group settings • Learn, Follow, Track, and Execute directives Descriptions: Field Lining Technician ($15-$20/hr based on Experience. Overtime available) Competent individual must be able to follow and execute directives from Field Supervisor and Foreman. Must maintain professional positive attitude and good communication skills. Must be able to learn how to assemble and dissemble fittings. Safely load and unload equipment and materials. Learn to arrange equipment in a systematic order. Must be physically strong enough to lift heavy fittings. Able to manage and execute daily tasks in a timely effective manner. Follow protocols and communicate updates when needed. Good mechanical aptitude. Problem Solver. Be hands-on and make repairs when needed. CDL A: ($22-24/hr based on experience. Overtime available) Competent individual must be self-sufficient and responsible for the safe transport of company vehicle, supplies and equipment. Professional attitude and communication. Competent with compiling log book data. Previous experience preferred but not necessary. Able to manage and execute daily tasks in a timely effective manner. Follow protocols and report driving and site updates when needed. Work in a group setting and be a team player. Good mechanical aptitude. Problem Solver. Be hands-on and make minor repairs when needed (mechanic background strong plus). CCTV Operator: ($18-24hr based on experience, Overtime available) Competent individual must be self-sufficient and responsible for the safe transport of company vehicle and equipment. Professional attitude and communication at all times. The operator will be working directly with our camera team and ARIES robotics CCTV equipment to inspect and assess the integrity and layout of current gas mains being serviced by Progressive Pipeline Management. The camera operator will be responsible for collecting data, creating video and photographic record as well as reporting back to foreman and supervisors of these findings. Experience working with a CCTV system and (PACP) pipeline assessment training or certification is a plus. Able to be a student as well as teacher, work with an understudy, have a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills if system troubleshooting is needed (on and off site). Training is available for the right candidate.
