Wynmoor, a large gated adult condominium community in Coconut Creek is seeking a Golf and Grounds Mechanic to work on the community's golf course. Responsibilities: Maintain the fleet of equipment for the Golf and Grounds Departments with the Head Mechanic. Knowledge of all equipment associated with golf and grounds operation; small engines, mowing decks, wheels, rollers, sharpening techniques, drive trains, general vehicle repair and maintenance, proper use of equipment. Determine equipment needs and parts supply to execute duties. Candidate requirements: At least 3 years of golf course mechanic experience Must be able to operate golf and grounds equipment properly and safely. Must be highly proficient in the operation of grinding reels and bed knives, setting height of cut and providing quality cuts. Maintain accurate records of all equipment repairs and maintenance. Produce quality work (acceptable to administration).
