Looking for a full time maintenance professional in Bridgeport and New Haven CT to take care of all maintenance (Common areas, work orders, apartment turns) and occasional cleaning in common areas and apartments before move in. Must know all aspects of plumbing, flooring, sheet rocking, painting, carpentry, electrical, etc. Someone reliable and dependable, who is available to be on call nights and weekends, and has their own tools and vehicle to pick up needed supplies. Include resume/experience.
