This is not tract home framing. These are high price-point homes and my number one priority is to build extremely accurate frames in an productive and sequential manner while maintaining an organized, calm and productive work environment. Learn advanced trigonometry as it applies to pre-calculating difficult, hard to visualize frames. Understand how to handle all of the brain work up front so that putting a frame together is just a formality. Learn how to be a leader and generate high moral in order to increase productivity and make those around you better in all aspects of their life. Learn to organize your thinking and your jobsite...build a schedule, set goals and line up your crew daily to meet those goals. Clocking into work is 100% vitally important everyday and you will learn routines and protocols to help you manage multiple frames while still maintaining a healthy life balance. I always want jobsites that turn heads and get noticed...super dialed and super clean.
