Yoga Nidra is a systematic relaxation that releases tension. You'll be guided into a deep meditative state of consciousness. This experience will leave you feeling renewed & refreshed, leaving behind layers of stress and tension.
In this workshop you'll connect to yourself on a deeper level, undoing patterns of holding and stuck energy & thoughts. With this release you'll experience more energy, focus & clarity.

WHAT TO BRING: your own yoga mat, any props, blanket and bolsters. Whatever is going to make you most comforable.
- bring paper & something to write with. Bring water!
Please dress comfortably in layers that are easy to move in.
