Part time Apartment Maintenance person required. Work schedule is Mon, Tues, Thur, & Fri - 7 hours a day. You can work 8:00 to 3:00 or 9:00 to 4:00 or 10 to 5:00, whichever works best for you. You are off Wed, Sat, & Sun. It's a pretty laid back schedule. Work 2 days, off a day, work 2 days. and off 2 days. Perfect for a retired person or a semi retired person, perhaps a retired military or factory worker who has a pension, but needs a little something to stay busy. This person must be able to pass a background inspection, as you may be required to go into peoples apartments when they are there or when they are absent. Should know how to drywall, paint, clean, do light wiring (such as new sockets), and be able to do light plumbing (such as fix a running toilet, and fix a dripping faucet. Also be able to ride a lawnmower, and keep the lawn and bushes looking good. You will be working for a nice lady who has been in the apt. business 30 years.
