Description
Looking for an individual experienced in maintenance of apartment buildings. Work involves up keep of apartment buildings, such as painting, repairs, some basic plumbing, cleaning, snow shoveling, removing bulky items, drywall, faucet and toilet repairs, replacing smoke detectors, and odd jobs.
Must be honest, dependable and ready to work. Able to work independently and must have some basic tools, drivers license, a car to get to the work locations and good references.
Hours of work may range from 30 or more per week with some Saturdays as needed.
Exact hourly rate will be determined based on experience and knowledge.
