Metal band looking for vocalist

There are 4 of us (2 guitars, bass, drums). Ages 26-50. We play a thrashy/groovy/southern variety of metal. We're all super chill mellow dudes, looking for the final member. Ideally someone who can sing and scream (Phil Anselmo is the pinnacle). We have our own studio space in the Spring Branch area. We have about ten original songs written (just no lyrics). No name yet as we want the name to be agreed upon by everyone. We'd prefer someone over the age of 25 but we won't shut any doors on talent. Influences include: Pantera, Lamb of God, Killswitch Engage, As I Lay Dying, Slipknot, Sepultura, Metallica, Guns N Roses, and many many more, but you get the idea. Unfortunately due to bad experiences in the past, I have to lay it out: - You need to have your own equipment (a microphone) - You need to have YOUR OWN transportation (not your girlfriend's or mama's car) - You need to have a job, you will be expected to chip in on rent on a monthly basis ($80) as we all do. - If you are a weekend warrior karaoke type, don't even bother. We are looking for a professional. - An open mind and good attitude. This is not MY band or YOUR band, this is OUR band. If you think you are the hottest thing around and have an ego the size of the sun, don't bother. You won't like us anyhow. If you think you fit the bill, come holler!
