Four courses of Italian food made from scratch paired with wines specially paired for the dinner.
April's wine dinner is a collection of Carrabba's classic recipes that we've resurrected just to celebrate Spring! Our wings, pollo sorrento and panna cotta are highly requested items from our previous menus and we cannot wait to share them with you. In addition to these dishes being asked about, we feature our gorgonzola and port wine fig sauce this month as well. Both of these sauces have been asked about since being taken off the menu and we have featured them previously in our wine dinners to the delight of all participants.
The wines this month brighten up our menu options and really turn your face towards spring. The Evolution Lucky No. 9 White Blend made us sing with delight, and we aren't typically white wine drinkers, and the Velvet Red Blend is sure to bring a smile to your face the second it hits your pallate. Additionally, we will have the raffle for our guests dining in, and the social aspect is one that can't be beat. All for $45!
