**Please apply at: Delivery Driver For One Team Delivery - (an Amazon DSP) - Needed ASAP This is a Full-Time Driver position with One Team Delivery (an Amazon Delivery Service Partner). Experience is not required but is desirable. Experienced Driver Associates may be considered for lead roles not long after hire. I need to hire drivers this week! Benefits & Scheduling: · $15 - 17+ / hour (paid biweekly) - pay for performance! · 10-hour shifts are typical - Our Shifts start around currently start at 9:30am · Paid Training · 4-day work week (40 hours) is typical / 7 days a week coverage is required - your shifts may include weekends. Show time 9:30 am · Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses · Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are offered · Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment Key Duties & Responsibilities: · Successfully handle and deliver packages on time · Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle; follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies · Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions · Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers · Keep pace in physically demanding job; deliver packages (up to 50 lbs) to 100+ customers on a typical day; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations while maintaining compliance with safety rules. · Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed · Use Android smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting required administrative tasks such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members · Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle · Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes Requirements: · Must be at least 21 years old · Must be Authorized to work in the United States · Must consent to a 5-Panel Drug Screen · English speaking, reading, writing Equipment Provided: · Delivery Vehicle and Gas · Handheld technology · Uniforms · Other safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishment HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1 WEEK to COMPLETE.
