Housekeeping Services is seeking a committed, long-term, dependable and detail-oriented individual for a year-round, permanent OFFICE CLEANER/JANITOR position (for evening work). Successful candidate must be able to pass a background check. Position requires a vehicle, a valid driver's license and car insurance as cleaning accounts are at various locations (mileage is reimbursed). Training will be specific to each account, however prior cleaning experience is preferred. Duties will include, but not limited to: dusting/wiping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchenettes, vacuuming and mopping floors & stairs, removing trash, etc. Will be working alone (after training). Position will be approximately 20 hours/week, M-F with varying evenimg hours. Weekends off. Pay will start at $14.00/ Hr. and increase after 3 month training period, depending on reliability and performance. Paid Holidays and Vacation time accrues after 3 month training/probation period.
