We want employees to be engaged and to participate in our mission. Inspiration Design Center has an immediate opening seeking a Full Time Warehouse Lead to join our team. In this position you will manage our slab warehouse inventory and staff with a focus on internal and external customer service and safety. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: ​Lead, coach, and hold the warehouse team accountable Focus on process improvement, efficiency, effectiveness of staff Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with internal staff Train new employees on standard process and procedures Load and unload trucks with material, equipment, etc. BOTH INDOORS AND OUTDOORS Inspect product for defects and report accordingly Plan material allocation in order to meet transportation, operations, and production goals Track product inventory levels and create and upload digital photos via company software Utilize company equipment to move large stone slabs throughout the warehouse accordingly Coordinate activities and actions within the organization and team through EOS Traction and other company software platforms Miscellaneous duties as assigned WHAT WE LOOK FOR: A valid Driver’s License Ability to lift 100+ pounds, bend, kneel, bend at elbows and wrist, and stand for 8-12 hour shift in fast paced environment Former management experience required Some experience in the operation of motor vehicles utilized in warehouse and delivery operations Ability to work independently with limited direction Ability to accept and embrace constant change Effective problem solving and attention to detail skills Great attitude with a knack for customer service Strong verbal/written communication skills BENEFITS AND BEYOND: 100% Premium Paid Health Insurance Premiums (for both single and family) 100% Premium Paid Dental Insurance Premiums (for both single and family) 100% Paid Short Term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical and Dependent Care) 401(k) and employer match Paid Vacation and Holidays Onsite Training Center focused on employee skills and advancement Opportunities for promotion Annual Performance Review Micro-Market (Fresh salads, wraps, snacks, refreshments, etc.) Company provided cell phone and the latest technology equipment Very relaxed and fun workplace Do not miss out on joining a miraculous team in a growing and changing industry!
