Hourly, part time position - 30-40 hours per month - available for a smart, get it done, personal assistant to help a frequently traveling retired executive with both personal and business related items, as well as property management assistance for two properties which are listed on VRBO from time to time. Regular responsibilities include: Collecting and opening mail, banking and bill payment, managing contractors, cleaning and gardening staff at residences and scheduling maintenance, vehicle licenses, smog and maintenance, groceries, errands, travel arrangements, assistance with events, online purchasing, assisting with VRBO guest needs. This position requires close proximity to Mill Valley. The job is work from home, for the most part, so you will not be working with a team or in an office environment. It is best suited for a person with flexibility with their time, looking for extra income, and able to commit to a long-term role. Please respond with resume as well as salary requirements.
