Electrician Needed for 300AMP Residential Panel Upgrade

I need some help installing a 300Amp panel, I know what I'm doing for the most part but I would like someone who has experience doing this to help move this project along / get it finished. Permitting is approved as owner builder and I'm not interested in holding you responsible for the job, I just want the job done right. I will be around to review the work as well. Necessary: Experience Preferred: License/Bonded Electrician (will pay more) Mainly the task is this: 1) Mount 300 Amp Panel on the wall 2) Make a hole in roof / Install the riser through new hole 3) Pull Mains through the riser and install into panel 4) Pull in at least 1-2 lines so we are ready to greenlight for inspector 5) Optional - Connect/Move all the circuits from old panel to new panel.
